These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Bloom Media, a company registered in India. By approving a quotation, signing a proposal, or making an advance payment, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
Bloom Media provides services including web development, mobile application development, custom software development, SaaS & product development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. The exact scope of work will be defined in the approved proposal or quotation document.
An advance payment is required before commencement of any project. Remaining payments shall be made according to agreed milestones. Final delivery or deployment may be subject to clearance of all dues. Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, APIs, and licenses are the responsibility of the Client.
All designs, graphics, software code, and related materials remain the property of Bloom Media until full payment is received. Upon full and final payment, ownership of agreed deliverables, including source code (if included in the proposal), shall be transferred to the Client. Bloom Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Domain registration and hosting services may be managed by Bloom Media on behalf of the Client. Ownership of domains will be transferred to the Client upon request once all outstanding invoices are cleared. Renewal and hosting charges remain the responsibility of the Client unless covered under a separate agreement.
The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the proposal. Any additional features, functionality, or changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately and may impact timelines.
Maintenance and support services are not included by default unless specified in the proposal. Bloom Media offers separate maintenance packages that may include updates, security monitoring, bug fixes, performance optimization, and feature enhancements.
Bloom Media is not responsible for performance issues, downtime, or policy changes related to third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or search engines. Search engine rankings and marketing results cannot be guaranteed.
The Client agrees to provide necessary content, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
If a project is canceled after commencement, the Client will be billed for work completed up to that point. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Bloom Media reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.
Bloom Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
